Micheldever is a great station on the South Western Main Line despite being very small in every sense of the word. It has 2 platforms, both of which are surrounded by track. This is called an island platform, incase you didn't know. The island platforms just have a waiting room and some benches on them. However, the waiting room was closed when I went, so I got cold. The station is right next to some kind of oil yard (find out more in my Facts With Boom episode (coming out soon)) which was closed and had been for quite some time.

This video features 2 freights, as well as passing services from CrossCountry and South Western Railway and stopping services from South Western Railway.
