This is an important announcement for Poco X2 / Redmi K30 users. Do not flash MIUI. If you're on MIUI, roll back to an OSS-vendor-based custom ROM immediately.

There has been news that an MIUI update has been breaking camera bigtime, causing affected users to replace the camera module entirely, which according to users may incur a charge of upto 10k INR so it is recommended to stay away from MIUI until the issue gets resolved.

Use custom ROMs that are based on OSS vendor since this seems to be a firmware/vendor wide issue so custom ROMs using MIUI vendor are affected as well. It as advised that all ROM maintainers switch to OSS vendor for the timebeing.
