In this video we take a one day drive around the Salton Sea in South Eastern California. The Salton Sea was created by mistake in 1905 and now is a unique place in Southern California filled with the ruins of resort towns, interesting art, the inspiration for Grand Theft Auto V, and beautiful views. On our trip we made stops at Slab City (Salvation Mountain), Bombay Beach, Desert Shores, and the Sonny Bono Salton Sea National Wildlife Refuge.
