🥞 Pancakes (recipe adapted from [ Ссылка ])
Sweet version:
1 cup all-purpose flour (120 grams)
1 TBL flax seed
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. sea salt
1 ½ cups fresh baby spinach
2-3 TBL maple syrup sugar (or sub maple syrup, coconut sugar, etc.)
¾ cup soy milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
+ Optional: baking powder & apple cider vinegar (I did not use these because I'm sensitive to the taste of baking powder, but if you want a fluffier pancake it is suggested to use these leavening agents. Please see original recipe for quantities.)
Savory version (I doubled this recipe in the video)
1 cup all-purpose flour (120 grams)

🥣 Split pea soup:
½ large onion
2-3 cloves garlic (I used 3)
1 - 1½ cups chopped carrot
1 - 1½ cups chopped celery
2 cups green split peas
6-7 cups vegetable broth (or water + Better than Bouillon paste)
3 bay leaves
1 sprig of thyme
5-6 drops of liquid smoke (Optional, but it adds great flavor! You could also sub with smoked sea salt if you have it)
1 ½ cups riced cauliflower
1-2 large handfuls spinach
+ salt and pepper to taste
🍵 Green Hummus:
2 ½ cups beans (I used 1 ½ c. edamame & green peas + 1 c. white beans)
1/2 cup aquafaba (the cooking liquid from the beans or liquid left in can)
1/4 cup jalapeños + some of the brine
3 TBL tahini
3 TBL lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt

🍨 Mint Chocolate Milkshake:
1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
3 frozen bananas
1 small zucchini
3 cups liquid (I used half soy milk half water)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or sub with 3 dates for sweetness)
3-4 drops peppermint extract + small handful of mint (or sub with slightly more of only 1 of these is fine too)
1 cup kale
+ cacao nibs or vegan chocolate chips (you can add these ad the end of the blending session and just pulse a few times to break them into tiny pieces if you'd like)
