Remove {Angry} and replace with {Determination}.

1st skill : Inflicts 80% + {Decision} stacks x15% cosmo damage to enemy

lv3:90%+7% gains one stacks of {Determination}
lv4:90%+10% gains one stacks of {Determination}
lv5:100%+15% gains two stacks of {Determination}

2nd skills: Dramatically reduce skill damage
lv1:100%
lv2:120%
lv3:140%
lv4:150%
lv5:170%

3rd Skills: Gains 3 energy at lv5 now and the damage lowers by 20% each time.Now if the target dies, it will randomly attack the next target.

No change in Valentine skills.
