It's that time of the build where I want to start building a completely custom wiring harness for the 100e. First up is making FIVE battery leads, 1 ground, 1 to the FIA battery cut off, 1 to the bulk head connector, 1 to the alternator and last but not least, one to the starter! With those out the way it is time to turn attention to the main fuse board, which leads on to the fancy start button set up I want to use! It really is never ending this stuff.
Don't panic though, the video isn't all wiring, oh no! The quick release for the steering wheel arrived so I got that fitted, and we had a visit from a fan of the videos who made an amazingly generous, and very exciting donation to the build in the shape of a BIG TURBO! There is going to be a little work involved to make it fit and work, but oh my it is going to be worth it!
DuckSport is all about having fun with cars and learning along the way. We aren't professional mechanics and do this in our spare time. We have learnt what we know by spending time playing with cars and normally getting it wrong a couple of times first. You won't see big budget builds here, but hopefully that makes what we do interesting!
