In a previous episode of my Final Fantasy 8 Remastered walkthrough, I shared a discovery made by viewer Ryan Monteith that allows the player to encounter as many rare spawns on the world map as desired. At first, I thought this was a great means of forcing rare and uncommon encounters that had a good mug table. But it turns out, the application of what is now called the Monteith Method is actually much greater!

If there are specific rare encounters that you think are going to be really ideal to use with this method then please let us know in the comments, I am sure we would all appreciate your insight :-)
