The session will begin at Kompally at 10 am on Friday with Chief Minister and TRS president K. Chandrashekhar Rao hoisting the party flag. Nearly 3,000 delegates from 119 Assembly constituencies across Telangana State would participate in the session. Delegates from 25 countries and 150 NRIs will also attend the session. As many as eight galleries have been set up at the venue with a 6-feet high Dias which can accommodate 60 leaders.
