Official proceedings for President Cyril Ramaphosa's Royal State Visit to the United Kingdom begin shortly. The two-day event is hosted by King Charles the third and Queen Consort Camilla. Ramaphosa will witness the pagentry of the British, including a state banquet at Buckingham Palace tonight.
