Board members encourage public comment regarding what they consider to be their ultimate responsibility—the education and nurturing of the total child within the Jackson Public School District. The public is welcome to attend all regular and special School Board meetings. Procedures for public participation in Board meetings are outlined in Policy BCG/KCA (PDF) and Policy BCG/KCA Procedures (PDF).
Regular Board meetings are held twice a month on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the School Board Meeting Room, located at 621 South State Street unless otherwise noticed. The public is welcome to attend all regular and special Board meetings.
