This is an old video, made in 1944 during World War 2, made directly in the Slovene capital city Ljubljana. At that time, the city was occupied by the Nazi Collaborationist and Anti-Communist paramilitary/militia known as "Slovensko Domobranstvo" (Slovene Home Guard, Slowenisches Landeswehr).
On June 29th 1944, they were having a mass gathering, where civilians gathered on Kongresni Trg (Congress Square) to listen to the speeches made by high ranking pro-german government officials (collaborators with high ranks, and actual german officials who together were running the provincial goverment of Ljubljana).
