What do you do when you find a sweet potato while cleaning the pantry? Make dinner!
Our pantry is the perfect dark place to store food, but it's so deep I forget what's down there.
I had noticed rust under the cans of food and had put off cleaning it out because I knew it would be a big job, mostly because the pantry is so deep and hard to reach the bottom without falling in. I finally decided it was time to clean it out before the rust became a permanent addition to the boat. Luckily I did because I had forgotten about the huge sweet potato I had put in there, a few more days and it would have started to go bad.
