Meaning you will get this after 3 years already. So l let’s look a the exact page in in the draft law - number 8 if you want to check - and see how they explain this. So yes, you really do have to speak C1 German for the fast track option, it says right here. But you also have to show that you are „well-integrated“ - which honestly they keep pretty vague right here: You have to show special integration achievement, such as doing really well in your profession or at school, or you are doing volunteer work. What exactly does this mean? Well, the law doesn’t specify, so it will be up to you to impress the immigration office. Let me know what else you want to know.
