Congress MLA from Barwala, in Haryana, Ram Niwas and his gunmen have been accused of beating up occupants of a car, including women on Monday (December 17). The MLA and his gunmen allegedly thrashed the family as their car had not given way to the MLA's vehicle. The family blocked Hisar- Jind road on Monday (December 17) to demand action against the Congress MLA. But Niwas claimed that he is being targeted by his political rivals.
