lThe storm surge pushed in strong along Hwy 56 in Cocodrie, La as Tropical Storm Barry continues to strengthen as it approaches. The surge came up at least 3 feet in a matter of a couple hours. Timelapse shows the surge coming up as well as a before shot of the same area as workers closed the floodgate yesterday afternoon. Video of the surge, which is flooding numerous homes, shot from multiple angles some with high winds and a street sign shaking uncontrolably. Also a shot of a billboard flapping in the wind.
