Two explosions rocked two towns in northern Syria, Tuesday, November 24, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights and the Thiqa news agency.
Both towns, Al-Baba and Afrin, are controlled by Turkey-backed fighters.
At least eight people were killed and 36 wounded between the two bombings.
The blasts followed deadly clashes between Turkey-backed fighters and the Syrian Democratic Forces the previous night.
Turkey has labelled the mainly Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces as a terrorist group in league with Kurdish insurgents inside Turkey. The U.S.-backed SDF played a role in helping defeat Islamic State in Syria. (AP)
