30 Minute Interval Full body workout
4 exercises. Each exercise has a left / right component. Here’s how the intervals going to work today.
30 seconds work right side
30 seconds work left side
30 seconds rest.
Keeping that pace all the way through for 30 minutes.
The 4 Exercises:
1. Lateral Half Snatch
2. Side Lunge Assisted Rack
3. 1 Arm Swing
4. Clean and Press
Medium to light weight as this is constant work load. Lateral half snatch is my first time doing it so need to learn and get used to the movements first my first time so don’t want to go too heavy.
It’s a grind but if you pick a lighter weight you’ll get through and enjoy the flow.
As always, I’d rather you drop weight than have to quit.
I get 5 rounds in. If you’re short on time cut out a round as that will shave off 6 minutes.
