Over Rs 903 cr looted from Indians under the pretext of investment. Crores of Indian rupees were converted to dollars before laundering the money to China. One Chinese national Lec Li Zhongjun along with a Taiwanese national, Chu Chun-yu, and eight others have been held. The accused used digital applications to scam Indians under the pretext of heavy returns on small investments.
