Here's my version of vegetable dumplings.
2 cups - Cabbage, chopped
3 stalk - Leeks, cut into rings
1 medium - Carrots, chopped
1 Tbsp - Grated ginger
1/2 Tbsp - Grated garlic
1 Tbsp to 1-1/2 Tbsp - Sesame oil
Salt & pepper to taste
For the dip:
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
