This patient had fat removed from her waist, back and abdomen. Dr. Gartner used smart lipo on this patient which is a type of lipo that causes less bruising, swelling, and overall less trauma to the tissue. The heat from the laser also helps to melt fat and tighten the skin which is ideal for some patients. By removing fat in all 3 areas Dr. Gartner was able to give her a snatched waist and an hourglass figure.
