3tbsp oil
Salt
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp paprika
🥣 Coating ingredients:
4oz | 120g | 1 cup whole wheat flour
4oz | 150g | 1 cup breadcrumbs
12oz | 350ml | 1.5 cup dairy-free milk
1tbsp Dijon mustard
1tbsp lemon juice
🥣 Chickpea topping ingredients:
4.5oz | 120g | 1/2 can cooked chickpeas
7oz | 200g mushrooms
1 chopped onion
1inch 3cm chopped ginger
1 minced garlic
1tbsp Tamari sauce
1tsp sugar (optional)
