Tondo Manila Philippines is by far one of my most favorite places to walk around the Philippines. Some people call this place dangerous, dirty, and with too many people, but I love this place. The people are much more friendly than many of the more prestigious places in the Philippines. Is Tondo Manila Philippines dangerous? Well, just like any place in the world, it could be. Be smart, and respect everyone around you, help people, and you should be good to go! Enjoy!
