HERCEG NOVI in MONTENEGRO has one of the greatest Promenades in Europe. Nearly 6km's in length, its breathtaking views of the Bay of Kotor will leave you in awe. There's plenty of shops and eateries, but the best part is people watching. We have been looking for some non local food for a while now in Montenegro. See if we find any....
