The Lake of Lake Cerknica is a shifting lake in southwestern Slovenia, on the southern part of the Cerknica Field, which is the largest Slovenian field in the Karst. When the field is flooded, its area is 26 km², and it can reach up to 38 km² in heavy rain. This is the largest lake in Slovenia. It has a maximum length of 10.5 km and 4.7 km wide, while the maximum depth is about 10 m. The glades vary from 546 to 551 m above sea level.
