On October 1, 2012, Dr. Katrina Lantos Swett, Chair of the Unites States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF), delivered a statement on behalf of the U.S. at the OSCE Human Dimension Implementation Meeting (HDIM) in Warsaw, Poland.
