आज मसाला किचन मे हम लाये है चटपटा निम्बू-मिर्ची का अचार की आसान रेसिपी | बिना सिरका, बिना प्रेज़रवेटिव, कम तेल का अचार घर मे मिर्च का अचार, निम्बू का अचार बनाने का आसान तरीका | टेस्टी अचार बनाइये और मसाला किचन की अचार रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | आम का अचार बनाने की विधि | बाजार जैसा अचार, निम्बू का चटपटा अचार मिर्च का अचार का मज़ा लीजिये घर मे | अचार बनाने का सबसे आसान तरीका | मार्किट जैसा अचार, केरी का अचार, सूखा अचार, अचार कैसे लम्बे समय तक मिर्च का अचार, कच्चे आम का अचार रेसिपी को शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Lemon(नींबू) - 400 Gram
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 250 Gram
* Salt(नमक) - 3 Tbsp
* Yellow Mustard Seeds(पिली राई दाल) - 2 Tbsp
* Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 2 Tbsp
* Coriander Seeds सूखा साबुत धनिया) - 1 Tbsp
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Tsp
* Fenugreek Seeds(कसूरी मेथी) - 1 Tsp
* Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) -1/2 Tsp
* Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग) - Some
* Salt(नमक) - 1 Spoon
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
* Crushed Red Chili (कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1/2 Tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder((कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) - 1-1.5 Tbsp
* Mustard Oil(सरसों का तेल) - 2-3 Tbsp
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Tsp
RECIPE:
Take some Lemon & Green Chilli. Wash them, then wipe them with a dry cloth. Finely chop some of the Green Chilies and chop the Lemons into 8 parts. Put the chopped Lemon & Green Chilli in a bowl. Squeeze some Lemon Juice, put some Saltin it and mix it well. Then cover it and keep it for 24 hours. Keep the pan on the flame, put Crushed Yellow Mustard Seeds & Fenugreek Seeds. roast them, then take them out on a plate. in the same pan, put Fennel Seeds, Carom Seeds, Dried Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds & take out them. Keep them for cooling down then put some Hing Powder and coarsely ground the Spices. Put some Salt according to Species, Turmeric Powder, crushed Red Chilli, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Put coarsely ground Spices in the pickles, put some Mustard Oil in it gradually. Mix them well & the Pickle will get ready. Put it in a glass jar & after 1-2 days put some Sugar in it, then enjoy the tasty & tangy Lemon-Chilli Pickle for a long time.
