It is best to keep your Headers simple. For instance, keep all of your text on the left margin. That way, all your Headers in the different oriented sections will not have to be "corrected" if the orientation changes from Portrait to Landscape.
However, if you have Headers with text lined up on the left, in the center and/or on the right, you will have to adjust the text for every Section break.
