Connectomics is paving the path for more precise and granular considerations of neuroanatomy and, in recent publications, has demonstrated critical relevance for precision brain research. Understanding how to incorporate such information to drive better targeting in brain stimulation research will be crucial to advance the technology.
In this special webinar, discover the advances of connectomics as it relates to improving subject-specific targeting precision, why this is critical, and how to use today’s software platforms to achieve this practically.
Speaker - Michael Sughrue
Dr Michael Sughrue is one of the world’s leading neurosurgeons and researchers in Connectomics. He has lectured around the world on the use of Connectomics in surgery, neurorehab, and research, with a body of work of over 250 published articles. His notable publications include the 18-chapter Connectomic Atlas of the Human Cerebrum - a detailed translation of the work of the Human Connectome Project into clinically relevant neuroanatomy. Michael’s work continues today with ongoing collaboration with key leaders across neuroscience, psychology, and medicine, in addition to serving as Chief Medical Officer and co-founder of Omniscient Neurotechnology.
