A lot of people ask what a rampage is and how they work. Rampages are a way to incorporate more positive thoughts and ideas into your routine about your desire rather than pessimism. There is no right or wrong way to use them. You can affirm along with me, you can mentally agree with the statements and say "this is me" to yourself when you listen, you can pretend you are on a facetime call with me and I'm affirming to you like a best friend etc. Use them how you want, the main key is that you are feeling good and accepting what I am saying to you!
