Up to this point, Kap Kallous has promoted his new project 'Grandeur' (available now for free download at DatPiff.com) with mostly dark material, including some seriously gritty-looking videos and mean-face-inducing tracks. But he's switching it up with the video for "1000 Times," a slick and upbeat number produced by David Grants that showcases the more melodic side of Mr. Kallous. Of course, the video also features a murder-suicide and some sort of bullet-ridden zombie lounge band; but comparatively speaking, this is definitely the light summer jam of 'Grandeur.'
