My dad and I drove up to Truckee to do some fishing and photography for his website. Due to my dad's meeting at 6:30, we could only fish for about an hour and a half. I got one fish to eat, but I feel like if we had more time to fish, we could have gotten more. The only fish I got seemed to be holding in the slowest water behind a large rock, but I struggled to find other slow areas with any structure. Reviewing the footage, I should've added another split shot to my rig because I fished over a lot of water that should've held fish. Besides that, I did all I could to increase my chances of catching fish. Share any tips you have in the comments section.
