More than 10.7 million people have fled the violence, according to the International Organization for Migration. And as the war continues, the U.N. has warned of famine in some areas.
In rare on-the-ground reporting, PBS News special correspondent Leila Molana-Allen traveled to cities on the front lines to meet the people caught in the middle of the violence.
