Begin with the band attached to a door on the side of your body. Start with good posture and your affected arm pegged to your side( helpful tip you can use a towel in between your elbow and side to stay in good positioning). Begin by rotating your arm inward slowly putting more tension on the band and as you relax do it slowly to let the band shorten.
