What does DEI look like from a minority perspective?

The Index Project and Designit are proud to present 'Designing the New Usual': An event series on turning buzzwords into a new business as usual.

For our third broadcast on sparking Becoming diverse, we featured a keynote by Niddal El-Jabri, Founder & Strategist at Liberate Agency.

Niddal is Founder of the NGO Mino Denmark, that works to help ethnic minorities in Denmark to be equal and participating in society. With Liberate.agency, he specialises in inclusive marketing and helping brands be diverse, equity creating and inclusive.

In this keynote, Niddal speaks diversity, equity and inclusion from a minority perspective as well as seven global practices on communicating inclusively.
