Debeaking, also known as beak trimming, is a practice used in some poultry farms to reduce feather pecking and cannibalism among chickens and other birds. There are different methods of debeaking, including hot blade trimming, infrared beak treatment, and laser beak treatment.
Let's briefly introduce the component of the debeaker machine. There are 3 parts on the debeaker machine. First is micro knives and position knife.Next,the left is time adjust.buttom and the blade mobile switch,on the right is the temperature adjust.buttom.Thired,the black part is sensors
The next step is the operation process:
First of all, rotate the temperature adjust.buttom on the right, then turn on the blade mobile switch, and place the chicken or hand in the middle of the two sensors. You can see the machine is running.
