Welcome back to another day in the life of a phd student, but this time back at home edition. I came home for the holidays but that doesn't mean the work stops. Being a graduate student kinda sucks just cos you don't have the benefits of an undergraduate and you have the work of a full time employee. I spent this day grading final projects and exams taken by students in the Food Science packaging class at Cornell. I also am working with a brand, Protos, on launching their new product and I ended my day with a booster!
