If you're someone who struggles with getting things done, then one strategy you can use is The Eisenhower Decision Matrix. With this stratgy, you separate all the items on your to-do list into four quadrants:
1. Do It (both urgent and important tasks)
2. Plan It (important, but not urgent tasks)
3. Delegate It (urgent, but not important tasks)
4. Eliminate It (not urgent, not important tasks)
