At the beginning alternately punch forward at shoulder height for 10 seconds. Try to hit easy and fast. To do this, run in place and slightly raise your knees. Everything easy and fast. On command you turn around 180° and make the given attack combination. There are 5 exercises per round. With each command you turn 180° to the "new opponent", move forwards and backwards 2 to 3 times and make the given combination. Do the exercise with a partner, sandbag, box dummy or in the void and imagine the fictional opponent. Do the exercises at medium speed for the first few rounds and gradually increase the pace until you reach your competition speed. Try to do the exercises fast and easily despite the cardio effort.
