Especially in the current climate, it's never been more important to connect with those who might be lonely. Asking questions about their past and their childhood is also great for mental wellbeing, and for those who might be suffering from dementia. One of the first things we do as family historians is speak to our family to see what they know, and if you've not done it yet, now is the perfect time. Your family tree is made up of real people, speaking to your relatives about your family history can really bring your ancestors to life and shed light at who they really where and what they were really like.
