BABs Amy and Rachel went ice fishing for the first time before snowmaggedon in the Colorado Front Range. Eleven Mile State Park is about 50 minutes west of Colorado Springs and is popular spot for fishing primarily. You can catch Rainbow, Browns (a wee bit more elusive), Cuttbow, Pike, Kokanee perch small mouth bass (more rare than Browns). We weren't so lucky, but there's often better luck at Spiney or Antero Reservoir just a few more minutes up the road.
