Since the end of March, Clap for Carers has become a weekly ritual across the country.
The event, has seen people from all parts of the UK gathering on their doorsteps, balconies and at their windows to applaud those working on the coronavirus frontline.
It could be the last one for now as the woman behind Clap for Carers says she wants it to become an annual event instead.
But the past nine weeks have highlighted the incredible warmth and gratitude towards NHS staff. ITV News heard what the support means to key workers - and the families they've helped.
