Sean Ellis, 44, was shot by officer James Moore in Muskogee, Oklahoma as he was reciting the Bible's ten commandments by the side of the road on August 7. The 27-year-old officer's body camera footage, which was released by authorities this week, captured the moment Moore opened fire when Ellis brandished a large knife. Ellis faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon on a police officer and attempted escape from lawful detention.
