Here is my take on the KZ AZ09 Pro Bluetooth adapter which supports SBC, AAC, AptX and AptX Adaptive which was a nice surprise. It uses the QCC3040 chipset.

Extra button information - 3 clicks to the left earhook sets it to high gain and 3 clicks to the right earhook gets you high performance mode. Thanks for the heads up :)
