Yes, mine is low quality... i will re-do it when i have the time to play around finding what quality gives me the best video w/o going over the Youtube size limit. This was attempt 1, and I can up the quality by a factor of 5 next time.
Sorry, no sound... pick your favorite song and listen to it ;-)
(my computer plays mp3's and such just fine, but I didn't wish mess with sound)

P.S. sorry about the choppyness and low quality, but I used the first flash desktop program I could find. It also slowed my computer down a lot, as my hardware is an old single core laptop.
