One thing I forgot to mention is that my Kogan monitor has more backlight bleed than the Xiaomi.
I tried G sync in multiple games and found they all flickered. Mostly in the menus but also while in game play. Reducing the refresh rate to 120hz helped, but did not eliminate the flicker totally. I use a Galax RTX 2060 Super GPU
