This is a video of me fighting Fiend Genshin with all 3 weapons on Ninja Gaiden 3.

With the Dragon Sword and Claws I used the square stun test. If Genshin is stun with the 1st hit,finish it with Triangle, Triangle

With the Scythe just use 360 Triangle. If Genshin is stun by the 1st hit, following it up with 2 more 360 Triangles. With the 3rd 360 Triangle he will get away so be prepared to block or dash away.
