Excuse the camera issues at the end. Had some technical difficulties as people were walking around. This is almost identical to my last workout of the week I did 2 days ago. I really liked it and wanted to try to keep pace. I've done 7 minutes of burpee pull ups before, so I had a good idea of how many reps I could get. The shuttle run is something that has come up a lot lately and was exactly what I predicted with the hint. So I kept a steady pace there. 15 minute AMRAP of 5 Burpee Pull-Ups, 10 Shuttle Run(50ft equals 1 rep so 25ft down and back). Adding 5 burpee Pull-Ups to each round. Then directly into establishing a 1RM Thruster in 5 minutes. I misjudged my fatigue and started a little too low. Should have loaded more. I ended up with 25 burpee Pull-Ups into the round of 30and 230lb on the Thruster RX for both. I was happy to get that save there at the end.
