Made with real bleu cheese and Cajun spices, our Black & Bleu blend adds the perfect unctuous kick to your deviled eggs. Chef Ryan shares his recipe below!
Black & Bleu Devilled Eggs
Ingredients:
4 eggs (or how ever many devilled eggs you want to make)
2 strips of bacon, cooked and finely chopped.
1 Tbsp of grainy mustard
1 Tbsp Spiceology Black & Bleu blend
1-2 tsp Spiceology Black & Bleu Hot Sauce (or hot sauce of your choice)
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chives, for garnish
Method:
- Boil your eggs until hard boiled, around 12 minutes. Peel them and carefully cut them in half.
- With your cooked yolks in a bowl and in your mayo, bacon, mustard, Spiceology Black & Bleu blend and hot sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix all together.
Place your filling back into your cooked eggs, top with chives and sprinkle more Black & Bleu blend.
