Alakram International Trading Company Private Limited is actively constructing a mall, office, and multiplex at the APIIC Industrial Estate Area, Kapparada Village, Murali Nagar, Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh. Aslam Architects and Interior Designers Private Limited has been appointed as the Design Architect for this massive project.
The project is being developed on a land parcel spanning 3.02 acres, with a total construction area of 750,158 SqFt. The estimated construction cost of the project is INR 243 crores. The construction of this project was initiated in 2022 and is presently ongoing. The current phase of development involves the construction of the first-floor slab. The expected completion date for the project is 2024.
