We built an apartment in the Philippines that we now rent out to a tenant, this video was filmed May 2024 just after it was finished and before new tenants moved in. It's a typical basic apartment in a Barangay near Ilagan City.
The cost of having apartments or houses built in the Philippines is extremely cheap compared to Countries such as the UK or USA.
